The Wolgan Valley food philosophy is based on seasonal, regional, and organic produce from local boutique farms, private growers and vintners. The culinary skills of the Wolgan Valley chefs showcase Australia's exceptional fare with such specialties as Ormiston free-range pork, Mandagery Creek Venison and Oberon line trout, as well as a selection of delicious local cheeses.
“An array of fruits, vegetables and herbs are taken straight from the resort's kitchen garden, and perfectly complement the fresh, seasonal fare, sourced from a radius of no more than 160 kilometres where possible.”
To ensure maximum privacy and seclusion, the resort is for exclusive use of our resident guests only. Outside or day visitors are not permitted.

Wolgan Valley's provedore-style Country Kitchen, is open from morning to dusk in the main Homestead building. Throughout the day, it serves a tempting selection of light meals and snacks, with local ingredients on display, which are also available for purchase.

Breakfast and dinner are served in the Homestead's spacious Wolgan Dining Room, where the choice of seating is indoors, perhaps by the fireplace in winter, or out on the huge verandah overlooking the valley during the warmer months.
Please note: Evening dining hours in the Wolgan Dining Room and the Valley Bar for families with children under eight years of age are between 1800 hours and 1930 hours. Alternatively, in-suite dining is available (service charges apply) and child minding can also be arranged (needs to be pre-booked and charges apply).
